This shirt is a commemorative souvenir from historic Viendenbourg, near Perplex City.
You wouldn’t know it if you visited today, but it used to be a secret research facility during the Great War. The place became a tourist attraction, with a theme of quaint old Victorian days, after Secret Research Projects and certain atrocities were brought to light.
