Since it is Cathartic Tshirt Week here at The Avalanche, this shirt fits in quite nicely.

No matter what things get thrown into our path, we’re going to try to make the best of them, and come out even better on the other side.

We were shocked and surprised to receive another package of flowers today.  It might be giving out too much information, but I really thought my Genie Bras had arrived when FedEx pulled into the driveway.  We were all speculating on the contents of the slender black box, when we realized they were flowers.  (And unless you are Drew Barrymore NSFW, daisies are not body coverings!)

The smell of the flowers is amazing.  There’s just enough fragrance to be alluring, but not overpowering.  There are daisies, day lilies, alstroemeria, mums, and lovely ferns.  (At least that’s what I see!)  They sit in a lovely square glass vase.

Thank you to Sheer, Gayle, Rebel and Allie.  You have been so supportive, caring and thoughtful during this time.

Daisy would definitely have approved.
