Yo-ho! Yo-ho! A pirate’s life for me!
This is Skott’e happy-pirate fFace. Pirates have good tunes, eh.
We went looking for an audiobook of Abbie Hoffman’s Steal This Book, but couldn’t seem to find one. Seems sort of ironic, somehow. But you can read it online, anyway.
Recently Skotte went to a They Might Be Giants concert. They are on touring promoting their album Join Us, which they announce by stating “You can get our new album, it’s available now on BitTorrent … and other less likely digital sources.”
We don’t really want to get into the politics or economics of it all; you should probably buy music you like. Better, if you like a band, buy their T-shirts! The band usually gets more of that money anyway. And the world needs more awesome T-shirts. =)
