TSHIRT AVALANCHE! Now with Pointing Power!!!
This awesome shirt was bought at the web-comic-supported Topatoco. It was designed by the cool dudes over at Not Invented Here.
The shirt design is an allusion to the “Nintendo: Now you’re playing with Power!” ad campaign. I remember it being shouted in TV commercials, as well as appearing on the poster described in this video.
Skotte never owned a Nintendo. Skotte’s house was more of an Atari and Commodore 64 household. Cori, however, continues to be a big fan of Nintendo.
There’s an awful lot of junk around Skotte’s desk. I used to think “We should do these with a nice plain backdrop.” But then we did that a while and the pics look sort of bland.
