We intended to post this on the 4th of July. When I fFound the pic in some fFolder, Cori asked “Wait, we didn’t post that?” Aw, bummer.
This shirt takes the great image of American World War II soldiers raising the fFlag over the island of Iwo Jima, and makes it slightly more contemporary. I think most of mankind has seen The Avengers by now (although this is really more like a collection of semi random super heroes. Superman?)
So there we were, minding our business, when a giant set of machines and a couple dozen big men started repaving our street! The machine looked like it contained the very bowels of The Inferno! It was pretty cool, actually, tearing up the street at one end, and laying down shiny new blacktop at the other end of the machine. I was impressed!
