Might & Magic is a series of role-playing video games. Skotte played Clouds of Xeen, Darkside of Xeen, and maybe Isles of Terra, back in the early ’90s. Duel of Champions looks pretty neat.
There seems to be a new trend to play card games in an online forum. Blizzard’s new Hearthstone is another example of this. Ascension and SolForge are card games that have an ipad application. The architecture of having a card based game digitally seems easier and more cost effective to get into the game faster.
I used to play Dominion with one of my friends online. We own the base game, but I have yet to actually play it with the physical cards.
Do you prefer actual physical games or do the digital varieties appeal more to you?
