Another local convention is UBCon. This one is about an hour away in Buffalo, NY at the University of Buffalo.
2014’s convention will be their 25th anniversary! Exciting!
Skotte has been going to this convention for several years with friends. He missed one year, and realized he really enjoys going to hang out with cool people. The Con has impressive funding, and can often get some fairly big name guests. Like a couple years ago, Skotte met the entire cast of Invader Zim! Such cool people!
Skotte generally takes his Giant Pyramids that he made for playing Looney Labs games for their Looney Pyramids.
(We have seen the pyramids back here btw.)
I am hoping to go for my first time in 2014!
